Our product, the Crunch, is like a bun, burrito wrap, or taco shell, but not as boring. There are two layers: a chewy inside that imparts flavor & prevents sogginess, and a fantastically nuanced crunchy outside that, miraculously, isn’t deep fried.

Our Crunch is the fusion of engineering, food science, and industrial design. As CTO, I am responsible for everything technical.
During development, I dove into mechanism design, electronic prototyping, and controls via C++ and Python. In the process of achieving perfect product output, I have characterized thermals, pressure, texture, color, and luminance. Machine is pre-certed for NSF.
